Ernesto R. De Avila, Esq., is a zealous advocate for his clients. He became an attorney to help those in need during trying times.  Mr. De Avila began his career as a litigator practicing Personal Injury and Employment Law. He was also a pro bono advocate for Loyola Project for the Innocent. One of his proudest accomplishments was helping with the release of a wrongfully convicted man who served almost 30 years in prison.

Mr. De Avila is now the lead attorney for the conservatorship and litigation departments at Cox Law Group, Inc. He has experience petitioning for limited conservatorships, general conservatorships, and with opposing the same. His experience also extends to estate planning and trust administrations.

Mr. De Avila received his Bachelor of Arts from the California State University, Long Beach, where he majored in Sociology. Then received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, CA.

Mr. De Avila is a proud member of the California State Bar and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is fluent in Spanish. When Mr. De Avila is not in the office or in court, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching sports, and riding his motorcycle.
